Nancy Wilson was born 20th February 1937 in Chillicothe, Ohio to Olden Wilson, a iron worker, and Lillian Ryan (a former housemaid). Nancy Wilson was first baby of six. Nancy loved listening to records from her father as well as his love for music. At the age of four, Nancy knew she would be a performer. She was able to develop her talents when she sang in the choir of her church. The show was on television when she 15 and began being a regular on the tv show Skyline Melodies while still in high school. Around the same time when she was working, she began performing in nightclubs. Nancy graduated high school aged 17 and enrolled in the Ohio's Central State College, now Central State University for a full year. Then she dropped out to pursue a profession as professional musician. The first album she recorded was with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band in 1956 with whom she toured from 1956 to 1958. Nancy recorded her first album via Dot Records during the time she was with the group. Cannonball Adderley encouraged that she should move into New York to further her professional career. She moved into The Big Town in the year 1959. The agent of Adderley heard about her at The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she then signed her contract. within a month after her arrival in New York City. Her debut on the recording stage came in 1960 by releasing a single after he obtained the contract with Capitol records. Guess Who You Saw Today. Capitol issued five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. Her first album was focused on R&B however, under Adderley's influence, she started to take on jazz. Nancy Wilson, Cannonball Adderley as well as their 1962 partnership helped her reach the top. The singer had her breakout hit Tell Me the Truth by 1963. She was offered a job in New York's Coconut Grove nightclub, America's most prestigious nightclub.

She finished her studies in an elite private school and graduated from Oxford University. She holds a bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Anthropology. Maisie's career began as an actor with the 2012 short Our First World. Ellie appeared as a character in a short film from 2013 Americano and Rum. She was featured as a cameo role of Korr Sella on the movie Short Wars: The Force Awakens, in the year 2015. In the following year, she was a part of the Netflix original movie The Kissing Booth Season 2 and 3 as Chloe Winthrop.
